VENUE RENTAL

The Villages Polo Club fields are available for rent outside of our polo season and based on availability. 

Facilities can be booked up to 18 months in advance.

The Villages Polo Club provides access to the restrooms during rented hours of a stadium/pavilion venue rental only. Access to The Final Chukker, or storage areas, is not permitted. Access to the stadium/pavilion area, including restrooms, is not available with other venue rentals onsite. 

The Villages Polo Club is available for rent during the hours of sunrise – sunset without the rental of light trees. If the event is rented outside of said hours, the promoter agrees to rent light trees, at an additional cost, to light the venue where necessary for the attendees, vendors, volunteers, etc. to see the space around them. Light tree locations and quantities will be decided by The Villages Polo Club.

Glitter and confetti are NOT permitted either inside or outside of the Pavilion. Smoke bombs, grenades, sky lanterns and rice of any kind are NOT allowed on The Villages Polo Club grounds.

Client(s) may choose their own vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, bakers, transportation and event planners to assist in planning their special day. For a full list of our preferred vendors, please email Polo.Events@thevillages.com. Rental companies (or client) using chairs or tents on the grounds must be pre-approved for use.

Yes. All vendors are required to use an inverter type generator with decibel rating of 67 dBA or lower to perform their designed tasks on-site, if power rental is not rented or applicable for your event.

All alcohol on the premises must be sold and served by approved vendors. Vendors and on-duty staff are not permitted to drink during the event. Personal coolers are not permitted without permission from The Villages Polo Club staff prior to the event.

No, fireworks are not permitted in the pavilion or on the polo grounds. Sparklers may be permitted at the approval of The Villages Polo Club Events Team.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, smoking is NOT permitted in or on pavilion premises, which includes electronic and vapor cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted 500 feet from the pavilion.

The Villages Polo Club allows service animals only during events. A service animal is a dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks to assist an individual with a disability. Dogs, miniature horses, or other animals that provide any emotional support, comfort, or companionship are not considered service animals. The animal’s owner is responsible for cleaning up after their pet.

There is ample parking at The Villages Polo Club. To guarantee that parking is in designated areas and to assure that no damage is done to the grounds and fields, parking staff must be hired from The Villages Polo Club. The number of staff depends on the parking locations scheduled for the event. All charges are estimated in advance and will be included in any final invoice due from the client. Six-passenger golf car shuttle service may also be arranged for the event through the parking staff. Prices will be quoted and agreed upon in advance by both parties.

Drones are not allowed on property unless the operator has a license and certificate of insurance provided to The Villages Polo Club staff prior to the event.
